Background Check Letter for Canada

If you are 18 years of age or older and serving on an RMS trip, a background check is required.

Please download the letter here, print it, and take it to your local law enforcement office to request a basic criminal background check.

Once completed, please follow the instructions in the letter regarding submission of the results.
