RMS has been working in Cusco and the surrounding villages since 2010. This year we will be working near Cusco, please join us in continuing the work that we have been doing through the local church there.

Work Projects
For this trip we will be working in the village of Rosaspata, a small community in the mountains near the town of Lares. We will be helping with the construction of a new church building. We will also be bringing Audio Bibles in the Quechuan language to be distributed by the pastors and elders of the area churches.
Schedule
May 12 - Travel to Cusco
May 13 - Arrive in Cusco, acclimate, and do some sightseeing around Cusco in the afternoon
May 14 - Travel to Rosaspata
May 15-17 - Workdays in Rosaspata
May 18 - Sunday worship in Lares
May 19 - Travel to Aguas Calientes
May 20 - Visit Machu Picchu, one of the 7 wonders of the world! Return to Cusco in the evening.
May 21 - Depart for home
Cost
$800 plus airfare to and from Cusco (RMS will arrange air travel if desired). This cost includes the purchase of materials and supplies for the church building projects, food, lodging, and ground transportation. This amount does not include your flights to and from Cusco or any incidentals or souvenirs you may want to purchase while there.
accommodations
There is a municipal building in Rosaspata that we will be using for our lodging, as it is a small community and does not have a hotel nearby.
Please note: While we are in Rosaspata from May 14-17, we will most likely not have access to showers.
The rest of the time, while we are in Cusco, Lares, and Aguas Calientes, there will be hot showers available.
