Evangelism

While the spread of the gospel message is the desired outcome in each of our programs, this particular set of programs is focused on the practice of personal witness in sharing the good news.  See all of our Evangelism trips here

Programs:

  • S.E.E.D. (Serve, Engage, Evangelize, and Disciple)
  • Education
  • Audio Bible Distribution

Our director assists with a M.I.N.T.S. seminar in Peru on reformed theology.

S.E.E.D.

SEED exists to encourage young people to take seriously the call to participate in the Gospel, and to be equipped to do so with the confidence and conviction in the promises of Scripture.  SEED also exists to challenge and convict pastors and elders to train their own young people better, even as they prepare to train the Sowers on the SEED Team.  Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest” (Matt. 9:37-38).  See all of our S.E.E.D trips here

Audio Scriptures

RMS has seen a great need to distribute the scriptures to those who need and desire to have it.  In some parts of the world, the written Word is not feasible for people groups that are oral in their communication.  Therefore, RMS is working with agencies that produce Audio Scriptures in the native languages where we serve.  Currently, we are working on recording the Bible in Quechua, a native language of the Andes region of South America.  We are also working on recording the Bible in Newari for the people of Nepal.  These two dialects have the New Testament recorded, so far.  Please pray that this work will not be hindered and can be completed in the near future.

Education

RMS spreads the Gospel message through education.  The Reformed faith has been vital in the growth of the church here in the West; however, some areas of the world have not reached this understanding of the Bible.  RMS has been blessed to travel to these parts of the world and bring the creeds and confessions of the reformed faith to these people and educate them through seminars and conferences.
