We will continue to work on the meeting hall that was started in January of 2012. Depending on the schedule, we will be working on the foundation for the next half of the building, laying bricks and blocks, assembling and placing the trusses, pouring concrete, painting, stucco, and possibly working with the children there as a VBS type lesson (D.V. if we have a fluent Spanish spokesperson). We need to arrive at the San Diego Airport ready to leave there by 1 pm Saturday January 5. We will load into vans and proceed through the border to go to the Mount Of Olives Children’s Village around 6 pm. On Saturday January 12 we will leave the orphanage and return to the San Diego airport around 1 pm so plan your flights accordingly. The registration cost is $700. This includes materials for the week, food, transportation, and administration fees. Travel to and from San Diego is not included in that price.
